We want you to be happy with our products, so in the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you have the choice of having the goods re-produced or receiving a refund or credit.
For an item to be re-produced, refunded or credited, please contact Solid Crystals customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods to organise a return.
Unfortunately return postage cannot be refunded unless the return is due to a fault in the manufacturing process or the original goods were damaged in transit.
If you are unhappy with your crystal due to a change of mind – send us the crystal back. We will refund your order less a 20% customization fee. Please, note that we are unable to restock and use the crystal and therefore the customization fee simply covers a partial amount of the raw material and designer fee incurred to make your crystal.
